3.8 If the MEMBER violates any part of this agreement, they will be fully responsible for any legal or financial consequences that may arise. Socialyie.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of users who violate these rules.
3.9 Socialyie.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at any time if the platform determines that the user has violated the rules or misused the services.
3.10 All content, design, software, graphics, logos, and materials used on Socialyie.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the website without written permission.
